Westbrooke Surveyors can undertake an RICS Building Survey (Level Three) of any domestic or commercial property.

Such surveys entail a comprehensive inspection of the property, with a bespoke tailor-made report prepared highlighting potential problems with the structure and other components of the building and grounds. This report is suitable for large, older or unique properties, and for those in an obvious state of disrepair.

The survey will report on the form of construction and materials used for each element of the building, describe their condition, and provide recommendation on any remedial repair or future maintenance.  The relative importance of any defect noted will be reported, together with an explanation of the likely consequences should the property not be repaired.
