Planning and Building Regulation Approval

In conjunction with preparing detailed designs, Westbrooke Surveyors are able to prepare and submit applications to gain Planning Permission and Building Regulation Approval.

Detailed design drawings can be prepared and submitted to the Local Authority, together with the preparation of other documents that may be required, such as Design & Access Statements.

Where works also require Building Regulation Approval, we can prepare construction drawings to convey the technical details required. Such details can then be submitted to the local Building Control department, or an Approved Inspector, to gain Full Plans Approval prior to works starting.
