Barn Conversion, Derbyshire

This project entailed the conversion of a derelict Listed barn into a single family dwellinghouse, and included us providing the following services;

• Pre-Acquisition Survey
• Production of detailed drawings and specification of works
• Obtaining Planning and Listed Building Consent
  
• Preparing detailed drawings and submitting Building Regulations Application
• ​Obtaining a Bat Licence from English Heritage

Care Home Refurbishment, Oxfordshire

This phased project entailed both internal and external refurbishment of an occupied Nursing and Residential Care Home.  Areas of refurbishment included general external repair and redecoration including roof renewal, internal refurbishment to the main reception, general common areas, physiotherapy room, hair salon, dining room, function room and communal bathrooms.  Services provided included;
