About Us

Westbrooke Surveyors are a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, providing property advice and services throughout London, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

Westbrooke Surveyors was established in 2014 by Ben Westbrooke, a Chartered Building Surveyor who gained his BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from South Bank University, London in 1997, before gaining Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2004.

He started his career in Building Surveying at the Metropolitan Housing Trust, based in Wood Green, North London.  Experience was gained in overseeing cyclical maintenance programmes of the Trusts Housing stock, including working within the Trust's 'Care and Repair' department designing and overseeing disabled adaptations to local home owners.

Following his period at the Trust, he worked for a Private Practice in Ealing, West London, working predominantly on the refurbishment and alteration of high-quality domestic properties in Central London.

Prior to establishing Westbrooke Surveyors, he worked for a Private Practice based in Surrey for 15 years, fronting the Building Surveying department. Being a multi-disciplined Practice, valuable experience was gained in both commercial and domestic sectors, on a variety of new-build and existing properties.

Westbrooke Surveyors is a Firm Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Westbrooke Surveyors is a Private Limited Company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 9296977.
