Schedules of Condition


Westbrooke Surveyors can undertake a Schedule of Condition of any building for any required purpose. A Schedule of Condition, consisting of written notes and photographs, provides a record of the current condition. The requirement for a Schedule of Condition can vary, and will usually be required for the following;


  • as an accompaniment to a Lease agreement
  • in connection with 'party wall matters'
  • in connection with 'neighbourly matters'
  • ​as an accompaniment to planning or Listed Building applications
