Planned and Preventative Maintenance

Westbrooke Surveyors can undertake an assessment of a building or portfolio of properties, and provide a report on the repairs likely over a given period of time.  Such a Planned and Preventative Maintenance report will include a detailed inspection of a property, or properties, identify the frequency that repair or replacement of certain elements will be required, and provide a costed schedule indicating the likely costs required to keep the property in good repair. Each Report can be tailor-made for any given building, and will usually comprise of;

  • ​An identification of the main elements of the building requiring maintenance
  • An agreed term of cyclical maintenance
  • An agreed term of replacement of the buildings elements
  • ​Quantity of element requiring repair
  • Cost or repair/replacement of building element
  • An agreed term over which the assessment is made e.g. 10 years
